Paw Heaven Mobile Pet Care is a locally owned mobile pet care business in Jupiter, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, the address for your visit, your pet’s name, breed and size, the service and time you would like, and your message.
• Photos of your pet that you choose to send.
• If you tick the texting box: a record of your consent, which includes your name, your phone number, the time you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to and its version, the page you were on, a reference number, and your IP address and browser details.
• Basic visit information, such as which page or link brought you to the site, so we know how people find us.
• Appointment, invoice and payment records when you book or pay.

How we use it

To reply to your request, plan and confirm your visits, send reminders, send invoices and receipts, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers who handle information on our behalf: Sea Grape Labs (website, booking and client management), Cloudflare (website hosting and storage), Stripe (card payments), our email provider (appointment and invoice emails), and Twilio (text message delivery). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Text messages

Texts are optional. We only text you if you tick the texting box on one of our forms. Texts are about your requests, appointments, scheduling, reminders, and related customer-service communications. Paw Heaven Mobile Pet Care does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as our text message provider, to deliver messages, maintain security, verify consent, and comply with applicable legal and carrier requirements. These providers are not authorized to use this information for their own marketing.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Zelle and Venmo payments happen in your own app.
